GOD BLESS; Eric
Volz, his mom and dad, all of his FAMILY, his legal team, his millions of
friends around the world and for every single person that offered their most
important Prayers and support to Eric.
Information has
been disclosed about his release and I really want everyone to know that his
MOTHER and FATHER played such an instrumental role in this nightmare, the
strength that they both were able to maintain is certainly a testimony that
their faith in God and knowing their son was totally innocent, allowed them to
keep putting one foot after the other, NEVER giving up.
The lawyer's
and investigators that worked so hard for Eric must be praised. There were
many times that it did not appear that the outcome would be favorable, the
TRUTH prevailed.
My thanks and
Prayers go out to everyone that believed in Eric's innocence and we must
continue to Pray for his health, and we must not ever forget the tragic death
of DORIS JIMENEZ, our Prayers for her and her family shall continue.
I NEVER was
INVOLVED in any part of the physical investigation. I was asked to look into
the conviction and incarceration of Eric. I did get a chance to ask for help
from the Roman
Catholic Church, I asked for help from the Office of Colorado
Congressman
Tom Tancredo, Colorado State Senator Marilyn
Musgrave and in all honesty anyone that I could get to listen. I did
reach out to a number of major media outlets in an effort to coordinate with
Eric's family and legal team to attract attention to the atrocity that had him
incarcerated in a Foreign country for a MURDER that was 100% impossible that
he could have been remotely involved in.
I have NO CLUE,
if anything that I did helped Eric other than knowing in my heart that I do
KNOW that all of my personal Prayers for he and his family were answered.
The most
important thing about this travesty was the total lack of any FACTUAL BASIS
from day one to have ever even considered that Eric could have participated in
the death of Doris. First of all, Eric is not capable of murder, she was his
FRIEND and BLACK and WHITE EVIDENCE refuted any possibility from the moment
the murder happened that could have implicated Eric. It was IMPOSSIBLE for the
authorities to link him in anyway to her death, unfortunately he had to go
through horrific agony and behind the scene tactics that only Eric could
describe.
This is not the
end of the story and I hope that the world maintains their interest in the
ERIC VOLZ case for his future and the safety he needs to put his life back
together, ONE DAY AT A TIME. Hopefully this case will set the bar high enough
to let the world know that the system does work and we can never give up on
that.
I will not name
the wonderful members of Eric's family and friends that I did get to know, via
email, hours of telephone calls etc., but I will tell the WORLD that Eric's
FAMILY and FRIENDS deserve so much credit for keeping his case in the public
eye and his mother's relentless support of her son deserves praise that I can
not put into words, God Bless her, his father and all of YOU!
Last of all, I
want to personally bring attention to DAVID LOHR who did an extensive job of

I personally
want to thank the Volz family for having the trust in allowing me to offer
what little that I could, I know I tried very hard, all along making sure that
nothing that I was doing would in anyway interfere with the physical
investigation, the facts, the appeal etc. The Volz Team had that very
well covered.
I hope that
everyone allows Eric and his family the HEALING time they so much deserve and
that Eric will be Blessed with his HEALTH and REPUTATION be restored to the
wonderful person that he has always been. God Bless you ALL!
